桡动脉压迫器与传统压迫止血法比较
Comparison of radial artery compressor and traditional compression hemostasis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the safety and reliability of the TR-Band radial artery pneumatic tourniquet bandage after radi-al artery coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:According to the different methods of postopera-tive hemostasis,582 patients with radial artery coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into A group(220 cases)and B group(362 cases).The hemostasis method of A group was TR-Band radial artery pneumatic tourniquet ban-dage. B group used gauze roll with manual pressure bandage wrapped up tight.The success rate of hemostasis,bleeding complica-tions,hand swelling subcutaneous bleeding,arteriovenous fistula and carpal tunnel syndrome of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:The success rate of hemostasis,the incidence rate of bleeding complications of the two groups had no obvious difference.The hand swelling subcutaneous bleeding,arteriovenous fistula and carpal tunnel syndrome of the two groups had significant differ-ence.Conclusion:The success rate of hemostasis and bleeding complications of R-Band radial artery pneumatic tourniquet ban-dage is equivalent to than of the traditional manual compression hemostasis.It is helpful to observe the postoperative bleeding,and it can be used as a conventional hemostasis method after radial artery pathway coronary diagnosis and treatment operation.关键词
