知柏地黄汤加减治疗复发性口疮40例疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhi Bai Di Huang soup in the treatment of recurrent aphthous.Methods:70 patients of our hospital dental were selected.They were randomly divided into two group,40 cases in the treatment group,and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Zhi Bai Di Huang soup.The control group was treated with oral vitamin B complex and prednisone piece.The recent curative effect and long-term effect of two groups were observed.Results:The recent curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was 53.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The long-term curative effect:the total effective rate of the long-term treatment group was 85% .The total effective rate of the control group was 40% .The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:Zhi Bai Di Huang soup in the treatment of recurrent aphthous has a good effect,and no significant adverse reactions.关键词
