Efficacy observation of atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods:80 patients with unstable angina were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,calcium antagonists,β receptor blockers,nitrates,anti-platelet aggregation and aspirin therapy.The observation group was given oral atorvastatin 40mg/day,intravenous 0.9% saline 250ml and Danhong injection 40ml/day.The both groups were continuously treated for 14 days.Results: In the observation group,18 cases(45.0%) were markedly effective,19 cases (47.5%) were effective,3 cases were invalid.The total efficiency was 92.5%.In the control group,7 cases(17.5%) were markedly effective,21 cases(52.5%) were effective,12 cases were invalid.The total efficiency was 70.0%.The two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina is significant,and it is worthy of promoting.关键词
