穿琥宁注射液治疗病毒性肺炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficiency of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection in the treatment of viral pneumonia.Methods:160 patients with viral pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with common antiviral drugs amantadine.The observation group were treated with potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection.The course of treatment of both groups was 7 days.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%.It was significantly higher than 63.75% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The headache,fever,sore throat and other symptoms disappear time of the observation group were significantly shorter than these of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection in the treatment of viral pneumonia has a good effect.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
