摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis.Methods:68 patients with acute pyelonephritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each.The control group was treated with levofloxacinThe observation group was treated with Sanjin tablets combined with levofloxacin.The treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of two groups was quite with more than 85.3%.But the clinical symptoms disappeared time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The relapse rate was far lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis is significant.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,control the disease recurrence effectively.关键词
