Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of thoracolumbar fracture,and to further improve the level of diagnosis.Methods:60 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected from February 2013 to January 2014.They were examined and analyzed by multi-slice spiral CT.Results:The fracture range:43 cases(71.7%) were single vertebral fracture,10 cases(16.7% ) were double vertebral fracture,7 cases(11.6% ) were three section of vertebral fracture.The fracture site:18 cases(30% ) were lumbar fractures,9 cases(15% ) were thoracic vertebral fracture,33 cases(55% ) were thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT in thoracolumbar fracture has clearly image,and it is easy to type fractures and observe the fracture sites,is conducive to guide therapy.关键词
