Nursing care of acupoints massage and abdominal massage in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with constipation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and nursing experience of acupoints massage and abdominal massage in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with constipation,and further improve the quality of nursing care.Methods:185 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with constipation were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the routine nursing group with 25 cases and the abdominal massage group with 30 cases,the acupoints massage + abdominal massage group with 65 cases,received a corresponding nursingThe treatment effect of constipation was observed.Results:The first defecation time of the acupoints massage+abdominal massage group was significantly earlier than that of the abdominal massage group and the routine nursing group.There were significant differences(P<0.05).In the acupoint massage+abdominal massage group,the symptoms were significantly improved,such as the use of laxatives,difficult defecation, defecation time consuming,dry stool,residual feeling and so on.Compared with the abdominal massage group and the routine nursing group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage and abdominal massage in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with constipation can accelerate the recovery of patients,improve the quality of nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
