摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention in patients with postpartum depression.Methods:100 patients with postpartum depression were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were divided into the routine group and the nursing intervention group according to the nursing plan.The SAS score,SDS score,sleep quality score and control effect of depression before and after nursing of two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the SAS score,SDS score and sleep quality score of the nursing intervention group patients were more improved than these of the routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of controlling depression was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can effectively improve anxiety and depression of the patients with postpartum depression.It has an important significance to improve the living quality of the patients.关键词
