“E”型导管固定装置在ICU经口气管插管患者中的应用效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of the "E" type endotracheal intubation catheter fixing device for patients with orotracheal intubated in ICU.Methods:ICU patients were selected from March 2011 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method.The control group used traditional catheter fixed method.The observation group used disposable "E" type endotracheal intubation catheter fixing device orotracheal intubated method.Tracheal intubation displacement,the effect of oral nursing,the situation of fixing device compression on the skin of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of tracheal intubation displacement in the observation group was obviously less than that of the control group (P<0.05).The comfort degree in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.The degree of bad breath,the number of oral care and oral care time were obviously better than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The catheter fixing device orotracheal intubated method of the observation group is better than the catheter fixed methodof the control group.关键词
