加压绷带在预防PICC置管术后出血中的临床应用
Clinical application of compression bandage in the prevention of hemorrhage after PICC intubation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of compression bandage in the prevention of hemorrhage after PICC intubation. Methods:239 patients with PICC intubation were selected.They were divided into the test group and the control group.The two groups used the same puncture method.The fixation was standardly operated by 3 experienced nurses.The control group used elastic bandage bandaging method.The test group used 3M compression bandage bandaging method.Results:In the control group,5 cases occurred hemorrhage after intubation,12 cases occurred forearm swelling in the puncture side.In the test group,it not occurred hemorrhage and forearm swelling in the puncture side.Conclusion:The compression bandage bandaging method can effectively avoid the occurrence of hemorrhage after PICC intubation..关键词
