风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of risk management in Department of Internal Medicine nursing.Methods:30 nursing staff in Department of Internal Medicine received the risk management training from April 2011.The training content was mainly the consciousness of risk management.Evaluation standards were the risk consciousness questionnaire,patient satisfaction and the complaint rate of doctor-patient relationship.Results:After the training,the nurses had significantly changed,including the common understanding of risk factors,the overall understanding of risk,the action oriented towards risk management and attitude towards risk management.These were significantly higher than that before the training.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the satisfaction of patients improved obviously,the the complaint rate of doctor-patient dispute decreased obviously.Conclusion:The implement of risk management training for Department of Internal Medicine nursing staff has a good effect on expanding nursing work,and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
