摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of progesterone on the vitro growth of HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain. Methods:To subculture HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain,application of MTT colorimetric assay to detect the control group(without progesterone group)and the treatment group with adding containing different concentration progesterone culture,the effect of HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain after 48 hours and 72 hours.Results:MTT test results showed that progesterone has inhibitory effect on HO-8910 human ovarian cancer cell strain,in a concentration dependent manner,and with the extension of time,and inhibition effect was also enhanced.Conclusion:Progesterone has inhibitory effect on ovarian cancer cells.关键词
