Abstract
Borderline ovarian tumor(BOTs)is a common disease of gynecology,once BOTs.It has a serious impact on physical and mental health of patients.Basically ,young BOTs patients have preserving fertility function requirements,and in recent clinical research perspective,preserving fertility function operative treatment belongs to the most efficient way.Preserving fertility function operative treatment for the early stage patients is safe,and can be completely removed if lesions in incurably ill patients.It is also feasible.In addition,if patients with lesions involving bilateral ovaries,it is unfavorable take a conservative surgery,this time with oocyte cryopreservation,embryo cryopreservation,accept the oocytes donated and ovarian tissue cryopreservation treatment approach.In order to further the analysis of preserving fertility function treatment of borderline ovarian tumors,we will carry on the discussion.关键词
