Abstract
Objective:To discuss the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods:To admit 3 466 cases of patients from January 2012 to December 2013,the specimens were isolated and cultured,and the pseudomonas aeruginosa with cultivate were processed drug sensitive test with 15 kinds of commonly used antibiotics.Results:In 3 466 cases of patients, 60 strains had been detected pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the detection rate was 1.73% .The resistance rate of compound sulfamethoxazole(TSU), compound ampicillin(FAM),cefepime(FEP)were above 50%,especially the resistance rate of compound sulfamethoxazole reached 100% ,the resistance rate of piperacillin(PICP),gentamicin(GEN)reached 61.7% and 53.3% ,the resistance rate of ticarcillin-clavulanic acid(TCCP),imipenem(IMI),amikacin(AKN),ticarcillin(TICP),ciprofloxacin(CIP),ceftazidime(CAZ)were above 30%.Conclusion:Pseudomonas aeruginosa has different levels of drug resistance,and it should have a reasonable choice of antibiotics according to drug resistance in clinical.关键词
