摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of lumbar puncture lot of cerebrospinal fluid replacement subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:86 cases of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage,brain experts CTA in 48 hours of admission,clear whether intracranial aneurysms,arteriovenous malformations caused by bleeding.86 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in the control group,and 45 cases in the experimental group.Patients in the control group received conventional therapy,and cases in the experimental group were given a lumbar puncture large number of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy based on the control group.Results:The efficiency and total efficiency in experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The incidence of complications less than the control group.Conclusion:Excluded bleeding caused by intracranial aneurysms、 arteriovenous malformations early in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage,and lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid replacement surgery,intracranial aneurysms within 1 week "endovascular coil embolization",giving a lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid replacement after surgery,alleviate can be condition quickly,improve the prognosis,so it is worthy of clinical treatment.关键词
