摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical observation of cholecystectomy prognosis in patients with simple cholelith disease. Methods:To admit 3000 cases of patients with cholecystectomy from March 1991 to February 2011.3000 patients underwent small incision cholecystectomy,among 323 cases of secondary common bile duct stones do common bile duct lithotomy operation. Postoperation follow up to observe the prognosis.Results: All patients perioperative recover smoothly. All patients with postoperative followed-up statistics 1 year,3 years,5 years,10 years,23 years this 5 time,most patients had different degree of pain, abdominal distension,diarrhea,dietary changes,complications.Conclusion:The patients with simple cholelith disease underwent cholecystectomy,clinical curative effect is poor,which need to be further discussed.关键词
