摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research and analysis the curative effect of anterior internal fixation surgery for patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture,.Methods:30 cases of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,15 patients in each group.The experimental group with anterior internal fixation operation therapy,while the control group with posterior operation fixing therapy.Follow up of 5 months to 3 years,compare postoperative vertebral body height and the recovery of neurological function of two groups of patients.Results:15 cases of patients in the experimental group after the surgery,the vertebral height recovered to the normal state,and there were no neurological worsening, the internal fixation is stable.The control group in postoperative had 4 cases of nerve function disorders.Conclusion:Anterior internal fixation operation therapy can relieve spinal cord compression,and the fusion rate of bone graft is high.关键词
