Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differences of curative effect of kirschner wire internal fixation and reconstruction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicular fracture,to guide choosing the rational treatment in clinical.Methods: 80 cases of patients with clavicular fracture were admited from December 2012 to December 2013,who were randomly divided into reconstruction plate internal fixation group and kirschner wire internal fixation group with 40 patients in each group.Results:In the reconstruction plate internal fixation group,the wound healing time was 8.7 ± 1.1 months,and the hospitalization cost was 5171.2±112.1 yuan.Complications occurred in 4 cases(10%).The excellent and good was 38 cases(95%).In the kirschner wire internal fixation,the wound healing time was 8.8±0.9 months,and the hospitalization cost was 3299.5±101.3 yuan.Complications occurred in 12 cases(30%).The excellent and good was 30 cases(75%).There were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kirschner wire internal fixation and reconstruction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture, each have their own advantages.In the aspect of clinical effect and complication occurrence,the reconstruction plate internal fixation is superior to the kirschner wire internal fixation,but the cost is higher.关键词
