Abstract
Objective:To evaluate recent toxicity in patients treated by three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy for cervical cancer after radical.Methods:31 cases of cervical cancer after radical radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients need to add,using three-dimensional conformal therapy IMRT plus TP regimen synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy for patients with follow-up after the end of radiotherapy.Patients with bone marrow three months statistics suppression,upper gastrointestinal reactions,such as rectal reaction probability of occurrence and severity. Results:The incidence of skin reactions,upper gastrointestinal reactions,rectal reactions,and bone marrow suppression were 9.7%, 12.9%,19.3% and 45.2%.Conclusion:Cervical cancer after radical IMRT with concurrent chemotherapy can effectively reduce recent toxicity of skin reactions ,upper gastrointestinal reactions,rectal reactions.Patients can easy to tolerate,and quality of life is improved significantly.关键词
