米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of misoprostol in the prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:Admit 100 cases of puerpera with caesarean section from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The puerpera in the control group were given conventional treatment.The puerpera in the observation group were given 400 μg misoprostol by anus treatment after the end of the operation . Results:In the observation group,the amount of bleeding of intraoperative was 225.4 ± 52.6ml.The amount of bleeding of postoperative was 149.5 ± 51.3ml.The amount of bleeding of postpartum 24 hours was 330.2 ± 61.2ml. 2 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,and the postpartum hemorrhage rate was 4%.In the control group,the amount of bleeding of intraoperative was 228.4± 51.7ml.The amount of bleeding of postoperative was 190.7±56.8ml.The amount of bleeding of postpartum 24 hours was 435.6± 62.3ml.9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,the postpartum hemorrhage rate was 18%.The observation group occurred nausea,vomiting in 3 cases.The intraoperative,postoperative hemorrhage of two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The incidence rate of postpartum 24 hours hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol can effectively prevent hemorrhage after cesarean section,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
