儿童脾脏肿瘤24例手术治疗研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment experience of children's spleen tumors.Methods:Collect clinical treatment data of 24 cases of spleen cancer from January 2007 to December 2013,and analyzed in terms of general,clinical manifestations,surgical and pathologic results of the program.Results: 24 patients were performed tumor resection and retain part of the spleen.1 case of malignant tumor patients died, 2 months after surgery.The others were alive.No tumor recurrence.The spleen immune function is normal after suigery, and no systemic infection outbreak occurred.Conclusion:Children spleen tumors of the spleen conserving lumpectomy beneficial protective immune function in children,and it is feasible.关键词
