Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and safety of Tongyang Sanjie massage method in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.Methods:50 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris meeting the criterion were randomly divided into two groups. 25 cases in the control group were given compound Danshen dripping pills 10 pills,3 times each day.25 cases in the treatment group were given massage manipulation treatment based on the control group.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results:Angina pectoris curative effect,TCM symptoms improvement,and ECG improvement of the treatment group were better than the control group.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 92%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 48%,P<0.05 by χ2 test.The total effective rate of ECG efficacy in the treatment group was 72% ,while the total effective rate of the control group was 48% ,P<0.05 by χ 2 test.Conclusion:Tongyang Sanjie massage method in the treatment of stable angina pectoris is safe and effective.关键词
