摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangai injection combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in non small cell lung cancer.Methods:To admit 80 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer from July 2010 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,the control group with cisplatin chemotherapy,and the study group plus Kangai injection.To paired observe short-term effect,Karnofsky score,immune cell function, and adverse reaction of two groups of patients.Results:The short-term effect of the study group was 35% ,while the contrast group was 27.5% ,It had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Karnofsky scoring rate 67.5% was significantly higher than 30% of the control group.Immune cell function before and after the treatment was better improvement than the control group.The adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group,give priority to with granulocytopenia Ⅲ degrees,statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangai injection combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in non small cell lung cancer can significantly improve their quality of life,enhance the cell immunity,and improve neutropenia probability.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
