痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管肺炎患儿98例临床疗效观察
Observation of the clinical curative effect of 98 cases of children with acute bronchial pneumonia treated with Tanreqing Injection

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of children with acute bronchial pneumonia treated with Tanreqing Injection.Methods:We selected 98 patients with acute bronchial pneumonia.These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated by Tanreqing injection.The curative effect of two groups of children were compared.Results:In the control group,the time of abatement of fever,relieving a cough,rales disappearance and X-ray,hemogram recovery was significantly better than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of control group was 81.63%,and the effective rate of treatment group was 95.92%.The difference between groups was significant with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of children with acute bronchial pneumonia treated with Tanreqing Injection is significant, and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
