Abstract
We summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of infantile eczema from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosed main points and treatment methods.We consider that infantile eczema because of mother eat Wuxinzhibo, left heat with fetal,postnatal reply the feeling the heat,or improper diet,dysfunction of the spleen in transport,intrinsic hot and humid,and mainly related to the dysfunction of heart-lung,spleen-stomach and other organs.Because the physiological features of children is “the spleen is often insufficient”,infantile eczema more due to spleen deficiency and damp obstruction,so the treatment should combine tonifying spleen with thanh hoa hot and humid,and scattered in the lung by wind heat.To be taken orally self “Qingre Lishi Zhiyang decoction”,external using self "eczema lotion besmear" exterior coating.关键词
