Abstract
Objective:To sum up the clinical nursing experience for many years,to put forward an effective method of children scalp vein puncture with high success rate,which can be used for reference.Methods: 600 needed transfusion of children were selected, who randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 300 cases.Observation group by using the new method on children with scalp intravenous fluids, while the control group using traditional methods for pediatric scalp vein puncture infusion.Compare the curative effect of two groups.Results: The observation group 1 needle success rate of 95.1%, after the success rate of 4.9%, needle liquid leakage rate is 3%, needle emergence rate of blood vessels by 0.9%, the blood vessels around the red rate is 1%, angiemphraxis rate is 1.6%, average 4.76 times per article intravenous use.Control group 1 needle success rate 86%, compound needle success rate 14%, liquid leakage rate is 12%, the needle out rate is 8.6%, the blood vessels around the red rate 5.4%, angiemphraxis rate is 1.8%, average 3.29 times per vessel number of repeated use.The diffence between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:There are higher degree of difficulty in infantile scalp vein puncture.Practice has proved that as long as using the proper methods,and the infant scalp vein puncture success rate can also reach a higher level.关键词
