Abstract
Objective:To study self nursing situation of patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia after discharge,and to analyze the related factors.Methods:Through following-up investigate 121 cases of patients with trauma to the spinal cord injury with paraplegia discharge from the hospital,to understand the current status of family self nursing of patients and to discuss the associated factors which possiblely influence the quality of family self nursing.Results:The family self nursing situation of patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia after discharge was poor,and the main associated factors which influence the quality of family self nursing of patients with trauma to the spinal cord injury with paraplegia:educational level,family income,whether family members take care,medical costs source,Whether through professional rehabilitation exercise after discharge,course time, whether together with significant other system diseases.Conclusion:Health care workers should be prepared to support the education of patients and their families during hospital stay.Society and the economy and emotional support of family members can influence on improving the quality of self nursing of patients.关键词
