老年慢性心力衰竭的临床特点及护理体会
Clinical characteristics and Nurse Experience of elderly patients with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical features and nursing experience in elderly chronic heart failure patients,to further improve the quality of care.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.50 patients in the control group received routine care health education and guidance.The main contents include general patient care,lifestyle,dietary guidance.Strengthen psychological care given to the observation group and discharge guidance and follow-up and evaluation on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment,the observation group nursing care significantly higher than the magnitude improve of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can improve the quality of care.关键词
