摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of statins in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:We selected 96 cases of coronary heart disease patients from January 2010 to December 2012.These patients were randomly divided into routine treatment group and the statin treatment group with 48 cases in each.Lipid levels and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events before and after treatment of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Blood lipid after treatment were decreased than before treatment of the two groups,but the decline of blood lipid of statin treatment group was significantly higher than normal group.The difference had statistical significance.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events of statin treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional treatment group,and the adverse reactions of statin treatment group was small.Conclusion:The application of statins in the treatment of coronary heart disease,can effectively stabilize coronary atherosclerotic plaque,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
