Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of severe hemorrhoids treated with Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. Methods:We selected 32 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids from January 2013 to March 2014.These patients were treated by procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids.After operation,the patients were followed up for 3 months,and we observed the comprehensive situation of 32 patients,including retraction of prolapsed hemorrhoids,mucosa integrity,analgesic use etc.Results:The hospital stay of 32 patients was 2 to 6 days,average 3.5 days.Operation time was 10 to 30 minutes,average 20 minutes.After the operation,32 patients with hemorrhoids prolapse were fully recovered,and the rectal mucosa of 31 cases(98% )were complete.28 patients(90% )did not need analgesic.After the operation,the patients were followed up for 3 months,the patient's satisfaction were investigated,and 29 cases(92%)were overall satisfied.Conclusion:In clinic,through the application of Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids for severe hemorrhoids patients,we can get good effect.At present,this is the best way to treat the severe hemorrhoids,and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
