Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of omeprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage.Methods:142 cases of patients with esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage for treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were given omeprazole combined with somatostatin treatment,while the control group were only given somatostatin treatment.Compare the treatment effect of patients between two groups.Results:In the 71 cases of patients in the experimental group,markedly effective was 38 cases(53.5%),effective was 25 cases(35.2%),invalid was 8 cases(11.2%).In the 71 cases of patients in the control group,markedly effective was 23 cases(32.3% ),effective was 31 cases(43.6% ),invalid was 17 cases(23.9% ).The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage can significantly control the bleeding symptoms,enhance the medication security,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
