摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value and skills summary of uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery.Methods: 126 cases of patients with using uterus lifting cup to complete total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery were admitted.Analyze the clinical data.Results:126 cases,except 2 cases converted to laparotomy,were successfully completed the operation.The average operation time was(162±15)minutes,and the mean blood loss was 60±10ml.There occurred no serious complications.Conclusion:Using uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery can clearly indicate the fornices,and betterly avoid urinary system and blood vessel injury.It has high clinical application value and operation safety.关键词
