摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:We selected 108 cases with knee osteoarthritis from January 2013 to January 2014.These patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 54 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with celecoxib,while the study group patients were treated with celecoxib combined with glucosamine hydrochloride.Two groups were analyzed in pain and Lequesne index before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the pain situation(VAS score)and the improved situation of Lequesne index of study group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint is significant,and it can effectively improve the joint function of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
