锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折100例临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of 100 cases of proximal humerus fractures treated with locking compression plate

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of locking compression plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures.Methods:We selected 100 cases of proximal humeral fractures from July 2009 to July 2013.These patients were treated with locking compression plate.We analyzed the clinical treatment effect.Results:All the 100 patients were successfully completed the operation.After 6 months of follow-up,patients were assessed for disease recovery.Excellent in 80 cases,good in 10 cases,acceptable in 6 cases and poor in 4 cases,the excellent and good rate was 90% .1 case had incision infection,and the remaining patients were without any complications.Conclusion:The use of locking compression plate for treatment of proximal humeral fractures can obtain obvious clinical curative effect.The probability of complications after operation is very low,so it has clinical value.关键词
