同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效观察OA
Observation of the clinical curative effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer
目的：观察同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及安全性。方法：将收治的中晚期宫颈癌患者80例随机分为两组，单纯给予放疗40例为放疗组，给予同步放化疗40例为放化组。结果：放化组总有效率90.0%，显著高于放疗组的77.5%，P＜0.05；两组第1年生存率比较差异无统计学意义，但第3年生存率放化组显著高于放疗组，P＜0.05；放化组不良反应显著高于放疗组(P＜0.05)，但均可耐受。结论：同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可提高近期疗效，其不良反应较单纯放疗增…查看全部>>
