The feasibility of vaginal delivery after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility of vaginal delivery after cesarean section.Methods:Analyze 720 cases who pregnant again after cesarean section delivery in hospital from April 2010 to April 2013.Results:318 cases choose planned cesarean section,and 402 cases choose the VBAC,and 240 cases were successfully vaginal delivery(60%).Conclusion:The vaginal delivery after cesarean section far outweigh the risk,but must be in strict conformity with the indications in the hospital level and maternal specific situation assessment.关键词
