标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗颅脑外伤的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To study and discuss the curative effect of standard big bone flap decompression surgery for the patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:50 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 patients in each group.The experimental group used the standard big bone flap decompression therapy,while the control group used conventional craniotomy decompression therapy.Compare the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,5 cases were died(20%),7 cases were severe disability/vegetative state(28%),13 cases were moderate disability/good(52%).In the control group,10 cases were died(40%),10 cases were severe disability/vegetative state(40%),5 cases were moderate disability/good(20%).The death rate and disability/good rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Using standard big bone flap decompression surgery in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma can be effective protection function.It can fully reduced brain tissue pressure, and reduce the mortality at the same time.关键词
