Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and feasibility of emergency operation in patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid.Methods:56 cases of patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid were admited and divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group were given emergency operation.The patients in the control group were given conservative treatment. Observe the treatment effect and recovery of patients.Results:The cure rate in the treatment group was as high as 85.71%,while the control group was only 67.86%.The pain relief time of patients in the treatment group were within 3 days.The pain relief time of patients in the control group were 3~5 days or even longer.Conclusion:The emergency operation in the treatment of patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid has a good effect.It can accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the pain of time,so it has higher clinical feasibility.关键词
