摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the imaging feature of adult acetabular dysplasia and with hip disease.Methods:Retrospective analysis image data of 23 cases,all patients in this group underwent pelvic anteroposterior X-ray examination,11 cases accepted CT examination,5 accepted MR examination.Results:The group of 23 cases were showing smaller shallow acetabulum,and the femoral head exposed more than 25%,including bilateral hip dysplasia in 13 cases,10 cases of unilateral disease,determination of the minimum angle of 5 degrees CE,max 28 degrees,an average of 16 degrees,18 cases with bone and joint disease,accounting for 78% of this group of patients.Conclusion:The disease occurs in women,small shallow acetabulum showing in early stage,and the femoral head exposed more than 25%,combined with advanced osteoarthritis.关键词
