摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the change of hs-CRP in the development of the patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:We selected 81 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis from June 2010 to June 2013.These patients were divided into 26 cases of MAP(Ⅰa group)and 55 cases of SAP(Ⅰb group).75 healthy people who undertook physical examination at the same period were set as the control group.The level of hs-CRP were detection on the 1st,3rd,7th,10thday.Results:On the 1st,3rd,7th,10thday,the level of hs-CRP of acute pancreatitis patients were higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05), while the difference between two groups on 14th day was no significant(P>0.05).The level of hs-CRP of severe acute pancreatitis patients were higher than the mild acute pancreatitis at all the time,and the difference was actively significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The detection of high-sensitivity C-Reaction Protein could evaluate the condition judgment of the acute pancreatitis.关键词
