Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the effect and value of clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT in the etiological diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods:We selected 57 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction from May 2010 to May 2013.The multi slice spiral CT examination data were retrospectively analyzed,and we discussed its value and effect in the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Results:Statistical analysis showed that,in 57 cases of intestinal obstruction patients checked by multi-slice spiral CT,the total coincidence rate was 91.23%.The cause of intestinal obstruction was mainly intestinal adhesions and inflammation.Conclusion:In the clinical detection of pathogens of intestinal obstruction,the coincidence rate of multislice spiral CT for the detection of intestinal obstruction is higher.It can accurately detect intestinal obstruction.The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are low,therefore,it is of great value in clinical diagnosis.关键词
