摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate community nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods:79 elderly patients with diabetic and hypertension were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group have 40 cases,who were given metally nursing intervention,sports nursing intervention and diet nursing intervention,medication care,monitoring of blood glucose and blood pressure nursing intervention.39 cases in the control group,who were without any care about diabetes and hypertension intervention,only given reasonable and effective conventional drug treatment and general health education.Results:The rate of behavior change,blood sugar and blood pressure control rates in the observation group is higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effective care through community interventions can improve the compliance behavior of patients,reduce patient complications and improve quality of life.关键词
