摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetes. Methods:200 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 100 patients.The control group was given treatment and routine care according to medical advice by the responsible nurse.Based on the treatment of control group,the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Compare the intervene glycemic control before and after the disease situation and the knowledge level of sugar home and nursing intervention between two groups. Results:The mean blood glucose in patients of the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Diabetes knowledge level and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:High quality care intervention can improve patient adherence to treatment,and it played a good supporting role in clinical treatment.So it improves the quality of life of diabetic patients.关键词
