Abstract
Objective:To analyze the composition ratio of new rural cooperative medical care hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease in Liangzhou,and to explore the constitutes and incidence of hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease in Liangzhou.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 39028 new rural cooperative medical care hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease from January 2011 to December 2013,reference to International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10), analysis of cardiovascular disease by year and age.Results:The top eight of cardiovascular disease constitutes:coronary heart disease,hypertension,arrhythmia,myocarditis,rheumatic heart disease,congenital heart disease,idiopathic cardiomyopathy,cardiac neurosis.Women prevalence and age in coronary heart disease,high blood disease and arrhythmia were both higher than men,and the differences were statistically significant(P<O.05).60~69 age group as the main hospital aged coronary heart disease, hypertension and arrhythmia segment.Conclusion:The primary care health interventions should be implemented and standardized management,to control the population of cardiovascular disease risk factors to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.关键词
