Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of implementation of TB health promotion work in the development of TB prevention and cure work.Methods:In January 2011,health promotion activities were carried out in Awati county,The related indexes were evaluated directly and indirectly to accurately explore the important role of TB health promotion work in the development of TB prevention and cure work.Results:Before the implementation of health promotion activities,the awareness rate with knowledge of tuberculosis of people was 39.92%.After the implementation of health promotion activities,the awareness rate with knowledge of tuberculosis of people was 63.96%.For suspected patients,the annual consultation rate was increased from 0.82% to 1.36%.In addition,the registration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was increased from 98.20/10 million before the implementation of health promotion activities to 135.44/10 million after the implementation of health promotion activities.The cure rate of new smear positive patients was increased from 86.08% to 94.32%;System management rate of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was also increased from 80.94% to 92.08%.Conclusion:In the process of implementation of TB control work,the effective application of health promotion finally obtain remarkable effect.In the process of the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and cure,we should pay close attention to health promotion for scientific development.关键词
