脑卒中患者抑郁程度临床分析
Clinical analysis of depression of patients with stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the incidence rate,clinical characteristics and related factors of depression of patients with stroke.Methods:Retrospectively analyze 54 cases of patients with stroke,using Beck Depression Inventory to understand depression after stroke,the incidence rate of depression and depression degree,the relevant parts of the brain were examined according to results.Results:In 54 cases,according to Beck Depression Inventory,2cases were≤10 scores,11 cases were 10~15 scores,36 cases were≥15 scores,5 cases were>25 scores.The incidence rate of depression was positively correlated with recurrent stroke,the severity of neurologic deficits and the reliance of everyday life.Conclusion:The incidence rate and the missed diagnosis of depression in patients with stroke are high,and the incidence rate maybe the result of neurobiology and social psychology factors together,so it is worthy of attention.关键词
