酒石酸美托洛尔佐治慢性充血性心力衰竭68例疗效观察
Clinical observation of 68 cases of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods:68 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 patients in each.The control group were received diuretics, digitalis and other conventional therapy.The observation group were received metoprolol tartrate based on the conventional therapy.We compared the total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),stroke volume(SV) and cardiac output(CO) before and after the treatment of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.1% , which was significantly higher than 79.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Each cardiac function markers of two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).The LVEF,LVDD,SV and CO of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol tartrate for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure has exact effect.It can significantly improve heart function and life quality.关键词
