低位脑室引流治疗重型丘脑出血破入脑室的疗效观察
To observe the curative effect of low ventricular drainage in the treatment of severe thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles

Abstract
Objective:To study and discuss the clinical effect of low ventricular drainage in the treatment of severe thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles.Methods: 40 cases of patients with severe thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles were admitted from January 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group received unilateral drainage treatment,while patients in the observation group received low ventricular drainage treatment.Observe and statistics ventricles open time,conscious time and cerebrospinal fluid normal time and other clinical observation indicators,and mend matters of Glasgow Coma Scale before and after treatment of patients in two groups. Results:The clinical observation indicators in the observation group were much better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Mend matters of Glasgow Coma Scale before and after treatment of the observation group were much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low ventricular drainage in the treatment of severe thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles has a significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve living quality of patients,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
