内镜下氩离子凝固术联合高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation combined with high frequency electric knife in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation combined with high frequency electric knife in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:80 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were selected from May 2010 to May 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group were treated with endoscopic argon plasma coagulation combined with high frequency electric knife treatment method.The control group were treated with electrocoagulation combined with high frequency electric knife.The removal efficiency of gastrointestinal polyps in the two patients were compared and analyzed.Results:In the observation group,the gastrointestinal polyps were all one-time resected.The operation was successful.In the control group,the gastrointestinal polyps were resected in 34 cases(85.0%).The difference of the one-time resection rate of gastrointestinal polyp in the two groups was statistically significant,P=0.041<0.05.Conclusion:The endoscopic argon plasma coagulation combined with high frequency electric knife treatment method has a good clinical effect for gastrointestinal polyps.It is a safe and effective therapeutic method,so it can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
