门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from February 2012 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into A group and B group with 40 cases in each.A group were treated by insulin aspart 30.B group were treated by insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart.Two groups were respectively treated for 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose,blood sugar after three meals, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the incidence rate of hypoglycemia and other index were observed.Results: After treatment,FBI,2 hours PBG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than treatment before,and there was significant difference(P<0.05). FBI,2 hours PBG and HbA1c of the two groups after treatment had significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the two groups were low,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has significant effect and high safety.关键词
